CHANGES AND RETURNS
You can request a return of an item within 14 days from the date of receipt. In this case, you must contact the customer service department (shop@malne.es) on the same day the order is received.
Once we have authorized the return, we will inform you of the process to follow. Returns are not allowed for custom-made or made-to-order products. In any case, we will do our best to ensure the garment meets the original requirements.
RETURN PERIOD
The process requires reporting the issue on the same day the garment is received by emailing shop@malne.es and following the instructions for the return once authorized. If you do not wish to return the garment but want to request an alteration, please also contact shop@malne.es.
RETURN COSTS
If the product is defective: returns within Spain are free of charge; for returns outside Spain, only the shipping cost will be charged.
If the product has no defects: the customer will be responsible for handling the return with the carrier.
HOW AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND AMOUNT
Once we accept the return (items must be in perfect condition, with all tags attached and wrapped in the original packaging), we will send you a confirmation email and proceed to refund the amount through the same payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the refund to your card or bank account may take up to 10 days, depending on the financial institution.
